Customers are automatically accepting our Terms & Conditions while shopping in Rosy Tipsy. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

Payment Terms

• All prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars.
• Prices are not included delivery charges.
• Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. 
• Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal™, and Visa transactions are accepted.

Shipping Policy

• Free shipping for orders over HKD$500 in Hong Kong, and HKD$650 in Macau, and Taiwan. Shipping costs HKD$100 for all orders in other countries.
• All delivery options and corresponding fees will be displayed at checkout. Expected delivery time = shipping time + proceed time. Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. The delivery time of international orders is 7-10 business days. Please pay attention to the available time for pre-order products. 
• For failed delivery caused by wrong or inaccurate shipping details from the customer, we won’t be able to refund or resend the goods.
• Dispatching: All orders are shipped via SF international. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out. 
  
  

Return and Exchanges Policy

• Returns or exchanges is only available if the items is damaged during the delivery.
• To return the damaged products, please take a picture of the damaged item(s) and notify our team at info@rosytipsy.com no later than 24 hours upon received the courier.
• Please keep the postage receipt as record proof that the package was sent. We will be responsible for the return expenses.
